Taipei Houston @ Trabendo, Paris - June 8th, 2023

Because the duo that comprises Taipei Houston happens to be the progeny of Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich, they have had the endure accusations of being nepo-babies. But if this support slot is proof of anything, it's that they are willing to pay their dues: this is their second visit in the French Capital, less than two months after playing their first French date supporting The Last Internationale in that very same venue, 

So inevitably, both sets were pretty similar and if the element of surprise is now gone, the energy remains. They are still touring behind their first album Once Bit Never Bored, playing essentially the same set and hopefully sometime in the next couple of years they'll be headlining their own shows in support of their sophomore effort.
