Iron Maiden has announced their next tour for 2025-2026, which will focus on the Heavy Metal juggernaut's first nine releases, from the self-titled debut to Fear of the Dark. The trek will make a stop in Paris on July 19th, the day after yours truly celebrates his 47th (!!!!) birthday, so you all know what to get me. This is going to be unmissable for several reasons.
First, Iron Maiden never disappoint. They are the greatest live band in the whole Metal genre (maybe tied with Metallica) and their productions are always spectacular, while never distracting from the music.
Second, they will be playing songs from all of their classic albums, not just the hits but also some deep cuts. On their last tour, they finally played Alexander the Great for the first time, which fans had been clamoring for for decades. What surprise are they going to exhume next?
Third, it's fucking IRON MAIDEN, playing fucking material from THEIR CLASSIC FUCKING ERA. What more reasons do you need?
