Bruce Dickinson, legendary vocalist for British Heavy Metal juggernaut Iron Maiden, has announced the release on December first of Afterglow of Ragnarok, the first single from his upcoming solo record The Mandrake Project, a concept record due out next year.

To promote the record and its comic book companion, Dickinson will embark on a solo tour. He will be backed by long time guitarist Roy Z, Whitesnake bassist Tanya O'Callaghan, drummer Dave Moreno and keyboardist Mistheria and  You can see the tour dates at the link below.

The trek will make a stop at the Paris Olympia on May 26. Tickets will be available HERE on November 10 at 10:00 am local time. You can click HERE to sign up for an alert. This will be a great opportunity to see Bruce perform in a more intimate setting and hear him sing songs from the upcoming Mandrake project but also hopefully some earlier tunes from his solo career like Accident Of Birth or Tears Of The Dragon. And who knows, maybe some never-performed Maiden deep tracks? One can dream...
