Josh Homme has revealed he was diagnosed with cancer last year. While he doesn't go into much detail, he went on to say that the cancer was surgically removed, and that he's now in the healing process.
The interview, conducted in mid-April and published this morning by American rock magazine Revolver, also goes into the other recent traumas in Homme's life: the custody battle for his children with Brody Dalle, the successive deaths of a few of his friends and co-workers, and how it all influenced the new Queens Of The Stone Age record and their return to live work.
