Pete Townshend to release first solo song in nearly three decades

As The Who are getting ready to embark on the European leg of their The Who Hits Back! tour, which sees the legendary band playing their timeless songs accompanied by local symphonies, songwriter and guitarist Pete Townshend has announced the release of Can't Outrun The Truth, his first solo song in 29 years.

Written and produced by his partner Rachel Fuller, Can't Outrun The Truth was inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic years and will be released on March 24th.
