Canadian rock sensation JJ Wilde is embarking on her first ever European tour, and this is was her first proper concert in France apart a few acoustic promo showcases and radio appearances. Ruthless, the album she released last year, is a great slice of hard driving, good old fashioned rock full of groove and melody.
JJ Wilde has already acquired quite the fan base here in France: the venue was absolutely packed by rock fans wanting to see the young woman being touted as the next big thing in rock. Quite a lot of them were singing along and in between each song, the place erupted in applause.As long as she releases records as good as Ruthless, and as long as she delivers performances as good, as fun, and as engaging as this concert, JJ Wilde has a fantastic career ahead of her.
