2019 is drawing to a close, and we feel submerged by a feeling that's hard to describe... Something akin to nostalgia, but not quite. Not sadness, although there is some of that in there too. You know what it is? It's the Blues.
The Blues are the foundation of the music we love. Whether they acknowledge it or not, whether they are even conscious of it or not, every rock, pop, funk, jazz, metal musician or DJ owes something to the Blues.
This is a small selection of Blues classics. There's something in there for everyone: folk blues, country blues, Delta blues, Chicago blues, Texas blues...
