Roger Waters @ P.O.P.B., Paris - June 30th, 2011

This was the exact same show that Roger Waters presented in this very venue last month: such a spectacle leaves no room for improvisation, so it's no surprise that the two nights were similar, down to the smallest detail. 

This feels more of a musical than a rock concert, which isn't a criticism. The music is obviously fantastic. How can you go wrong with one of the best, most celebrated concept albums of all time? And again, the theatrics and effects are absolutely breathtaking. Roger Waters is coming back next year and is tailoring the show for stadiums instead of arenas. As if this wasn't grandiose and spectacular enough!
